    • Follow-Up Notes - With your consent, I will record the session and send it to you so you can refer back to it whenever you need.

  • The consultation itself lasts 1 hour.

    • Any photos or floorplans of your space you have on hand—this could include an estate agent’s floorplan, though please note these are not always accurate or to scale.

  • The fee for this service is £250 per hour.

    We’ll discuss your rough budget during our consultation call and I’m happy to work within a range that suits your needs. That said, I focus on suggesting high-quality products and finishes to ensure the aesthetic is exactly what you’re looking for and the final result is one I can proudly stand behind.

The Digital Design Lab

Are you looking for a beautifully designed space without the full bespoke service? My Digital Design Lab package offers a simplified, accessible way to transform your home. It’s perfect for those who want expert guidance with the flexibility to implement the design themselves.

You’ll receive clear, actionable recommendations to add personality to your space and, best of all, it’s entirely digital allowing you to work through the design at your own pace, in your own time.

    • Clients who want a professionally designed space but prefer a more flexible, DIY approach.

    • Clients who need expert guidance but don’t require full project management.

    • Clients looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to The Bespoke Design.

    • Clients comfortable with online communication and implementing the design themselves.

    • Clients who need in-person site visits, project management, or full-service interior design.

    • Those looking for custom-built elements, structural changes or extensive renovations.

    • Anyone who prefers a hands-off approach and wants a designer to handle sourcing, purchasing and installation.

    • Initial Consultation – A 1-hour video call to discuss your style, needs and vision for the space.

    • Concept & Layouts – You’ll receive your tailored: mood boards, 2D furniture layout, elevations when required, simple lighting plan and simple finishes suggestions to guide your design.

      This stage also includes one revision if required.

    • Final Design Package – Once we’ve landed on a design you love, you’ll receive a detailed plan including final finishes, layouts and a clickable shopping list to help you bring the design to life at your own pace.

    • Your Turn! – You implement the design how and when it suits you. You’'ll also have access to me for 2 further weeks for any questions or queries.

    During the process you will have full access to your personalised, online project portal.

    • The consultation happens as soon as availability allows.

    • You’ll receive your concept mood boards and layouts within 1 week after the call.

    • The final design package, including finishes and a shopping list, will be delivered within 1 week of approving the concept.

    • The full process typically takes 2 weeks from consultation to final delivery, although this is subject to change with scope and revisions.

    • Photos of the space and any existing furniture you’d like to keep.

    • Basic measurements of the room to ensure accurate layouts.

    • Inspiration images or a Pinterest board showcasing styles you love.

    • A rough budget for furniture and decor.

    • Any specific requirements (e.g., storage needs, colour preferences, must-have items).

      No fear, I will provide step-by-step guides on all the above before we begin.

  • The fee is £960 per room.

    There are optional add-ons available for a further fee:

    • Site measure-up (London and Kent only)

The Bespoke Design

The bespoke design service is the most personalised option on offer, creating a home that reflects your unique style and needs. Whether you’re focusing on a single room or transforming your entire home, we’ll guide you through a fun, collaborative process that makes designing stress-free and enjoyable. From initial concept to final details, you’ll have full access to expert creativity, thoughtful solutions tailored just for you, and exclusive trade discounts. Together, we’ll craft a space that not only looks beautiful but feels like home.

    • Detailed Design – A fully tailored design plan, including furniture, materials, finishes and any bespoke elements.

    • Sourcing – I’ll provide you with a comprehensive shopping list to bring the design to life.

    • Site Management & Installation – I manage suppliers, deliveries and liaise with contractors so you don’t have to.

    • Final Styling & Walk-Through – Upon completion, I’ll come for a final visit to style and do a walk-through with you to make sure everything is perfect.

  • The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project, but typically:

    • Concept development: 4 weeks

    • Design finalisation: 4 weeks

    • Sourcing: 2 weeks

    • Site Management & installation: 4 weeks+

    As a general guide, it’s worth keeping in mind that the process typically takes 4+ months from start to finish to ensure every detail is carefully considered and executed.

    • An idea of your functional needs (e.g., storage, layout preferences, lifestyle requirements).

    • A clear budget and priorities for the space, including any must-haves (or must-nots!).

    • Floor plans or basic room measurements (if available), although the site measuring service is included here if needed.

  • The initial consultation has a fee of £250, which includes an in-person site visit, site measure-up and much more.

    The fee for the Bespoke Design service itself is based on the scope of work, complexity and level of project management required. A tailored design proposal will be provided after our initial consultation.

    During our initial consultation, we’ll also discuss your budget for the project as a whole and can work within a range to suit your needs. However, we prioritise using a certain level of quality in both products and materials to ensure the desired aesthetic is achieved and that the final result meets our high standards. This is an investment in your home and ensures a lasting, beautiful space that you’ll be proud of.
